This is to kindly inform that during the National Day Celebration at Changlimethang on 17th December 2013 no mobile phones and cameras will be permitted inside the Changlimethang stadium due to security reasons. As such you are kindly requested to inform your clients/ tourists as well as your guides who will witness the National Day Celebration. This is as per the decision of the  Security Coordination meeting.
