Please click on the links below for  the Agenda for the 14th Annual General Meeting scheduled on 5th June 2014 at Royal Institute of Tourism and Hospitality (RITH), Motithang from 9.30 AM onwards till Lunch time.  5th June being Environment Day will be declared as Pedestrian Day, however since our 14th AGM venue being out of core town area will not be affected in terms of vehicle movement. For those of you residing in the core town area are kindly requested to arrange accordingly.

We have also included the Annual Report 2013 for your kind information and reference. There will be a presentation on the highlights of the report during the AGM. Kindly be informed that as every year, the Annual Report 2013 will not be printed and circulated during the AGM.
