This is to kindly inform that you can view if you are a registered postal ballot voter for the National Assembly election at  http://www.election-bhutan.org.bt/Pb_List. If your VPIC/ CID number is registered kindly fill the attached Postal Ballot application form (either in English or Dzongkha), scan and send a copy by email to your respective Returning Officer of your Demkhong/ Dzongkhag by 8th May 2013. Kindly visit http://www.election-bhutan.org.bt/?p=448 for detail notification and email ID of respective Returning Officers. Your Returning Officer will then send Postal Ballot to registered Postal Voters.
